Culloden Elementary is dedicated to the mission of preparing our students to become responsible, productive citizens in a positive learning environment and provide them with the components necessary to be lifelong learners in society.

· The school system must promote and utilize state of the art technology to enhance teaching and learning.

· The community and the school system must be responsive and proactive to each other’s needs by sharing resources and support.

· Effective communication is essential among school personnel, students, parents, and the community to ensure a quality school system.
